Recently we have made some staff changes to improve our reporting efficiencies along with our ability to provide reporting timeline feedback to our clients.
Our Client Services Group in Melbourne has been boosted with the inclusion of 4 very experienced chemists from our laboratory operation, whilst Rhonda Chouman has been appointed to the position of National Business Development Manager:
Onur Mehmet - has been appointed Head of Client Services in Victoria and also has a national Management role across our interstate Client Services operations.
Rhonda Chouman – Rhonda’s new role will involve developing new work for the laboratory and, importantly, will be a focal point for our major clients. Rhonda will be visiting our clients routinely in order to catch up with any issues and plan up coming work, as well as clarifying the interface issues between our operations and our clients.
Ruth Callandar – Ruth has been working as a Client Services Manager within the old LabMark operation for over 10 years. She is a very experienced Client Services Manager and has been appointed to manage two of our major clients reporting requirements.
Dan Thompson – Dan has been with us for over 10 years, he started with our Organics Group and worked his way up through the group as a GCMS chemist. Three years ago he was seconded to our Thornleigh laboratory in Sydney for 12 months to set up that laboratory and prepare it for NATA Accreditation. He returned to Melbourne two years ago as head of our Volatile Organics Group and is a NATA signatory.
Natalie Krasselt – Nat has been with us for over 5 years and has worked her way up to GCMS chemist through our Semi Volatiles Laboratory. Nat has a great deal of experience in TPH, PAH, Phenols, Pesticide and Explosives analysis along with a solid understanding of all aspects of the laboratories operation.
Adrian Tabacchiera – Adrian has been with us for over 7 years and has worked his way up through our metals laboratory and is a very experienced ICPMS/AES chemist. He is a NATA signatory for all metals analysis. He was seconded to our Clayton laboratory last year to head that laboratory’s metals group prior to it being relocated to the Oakleigh site. Andrew Thexton and Sarah Gould remain in their current roles within the Melbourne Client Services Team.
We congratulate Onur, Rhonda, Ruth, Dan, Nat and Adrian on their new appointments. |
