mgt-LabMark operates a full quality system managed and overseen by our Quality Manager.

Within the laboratory the following QA samples are routinely processed to assure the quality of reported results:-

Duplicates - 1 in 10 samples
Matrix Spikes - 1 in 20 samples
Matrix Spike Duplicates - 1 in 20 samples
Method Blanks - 1 in 20 samples or 1 per batch
Laboratory Control Samples (LCS) - 1 in 20 samples
Certified Reference Material (CRM) - 1 in 50 samples
Surrogates - added to all samples where appropriate
Internal Standards - added to all samples where appropriate
Calibration checks - 1 in every 10 samples

Dissimilar column confirmation of all positive GC results, where detection other than MS is used.

All QA/QC data is monitored by means of control charts and statistical analyses and our acceptance criteria are updated appropriately.  All information is available for inspection if desired.
